We had an excellent stay for our family of 5 (3 adults and 2 teens). We booked a king bed room and a double room. Rooms were very clean, updated, very nice. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Hotel is not too far from the airport, and did not hear a single air plan land or take off. Also heard zero traffic from outside, it was SUPER quiet. We will continue to stay for future travels.

Overall, it was good. They accidentally charged my card twice for the $100 deposit, but that was taken care of right away. I checked in my room and the air was not working so they sent someone to fix it and they thought they fixed it, but when i came back to my room later that night the air was not working again, so they ended up putting me in a different room two doors down.

The hotel's proximity to FLL Holywood Airport and the cruise terminal is good. The issue of checking in/out was sorted out by the manager straight away, dealt with the issue professionally.

Excellent. Perfect location for cruise port travel. Very,very clean . Could not ask for better staff. Very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are large and beds are very comfortable.

Can’t remember if his name was Antoine but when I checked in after 4:pm May 9th 2024 he was the only agent at the desk he was checking in cruise guest, and online bookings, it was busy he was patient and informed us about the amenities with all the activities that was taking place later that evening I went down to the desk and he called me by my name and I was like

It was a one night stay after arriving from our cruise. Very friendly staff, clean and spacious room. My kids enjoyed to pool and the restaurant served very good food. Close to the airport and shuttle to the airport was timely and easy to book.

Close to airport and cruise port. Check-in took a bit longer than should have. Only one person working desk. Really should have had more. When the second employee came in to help at the desk, his remark under his breath was louder than I think he meant it to be. There were lots of guests to check in, and I can only assume he wasn't happy about that. But the first gentleman at the desk was working hard and helping people best he could. Within walking distance to very good pizza restaurant. I would suggest taking a Lyft or Uber to cruise port instead of hotel's shuttle.The shuttle charge is $15 per person. It cost us $12 total with a lyft. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to FLL airport and Port Everglades. It was very clean and the staff were very accommodating to cruise passengers needing early check in (no guarantees but they did have a list going and we got our room around 1:30pm). The staff were also very patient and had good communication with people going to the cruise port via the third party shuttle service. We also learned they had a complimentary shuttle to the airport which we were able to utilize at 5am with no problems. Kikis restaurant was delicious and had friendly service as well.
